Question What products do you offer?

At Fanpix, we offer a wide range of anime merchandise including mousepads, metal posters, stickers, gaming pads, framed posters, framed canvases, caps, tumblers, mugs, tote bags, sipper bottles, notepads, oversized t-shirts, oversized terry t-shirts, vests, tapestries, fridge magnets, and coasters etc.

Question Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our customers once international shipping becomes available.

Question How long will my order take to arrive?
Answer

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days depending on your location. Please allow additional time for delivery if you are in a remote area.

Question What is your return and refund policy?
Answer

All items are non-returnable except for apparel and clothing. Non-returnable items can only be returned if they are defective, broken, or if you received the wrong item. To request a return, email an unboxing video with your order number to contact@fanpix.in with the subject “Return and Refund Request - [Order No]” within 5 days of delivery.
