Non-Returnable Items

All items purchased from Fanpix are non-returnable except for apparel and clothing items. This means that non-returnable items cannot be returned unless there is a genuine problem, such as:

• Defects or damage
• Broken items
• Wrong items received

Return Process for Defective or Wrong Items

If you encounter a defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Record an unboxing video of the item that clearly shows the issue.
2. Email the unboxing video with your order number to contact@fanpix.in with the subject line “Return and Refund Request – [Order No].”
3. Our team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery. We cannot process return requests received after this period.
